He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Newton); his children, Regan (Jamie), Heather (Diego) and Sandee (Jerrod); his grandchildren, Breanna, Blake, Meghan, Ryan, Kairos, Xyla, Ella and Emma; his brothers, Jack (Kathy) and Roger (Dianne); and his extended family, John MacPherson (Barb), Al Gretzky, Joe Gourley (Wendy), Joe Van Sickle, Donna Newton and Rick Newton (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
