He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd and Sarah; and his siblings, Velma Sparling, Pat Shepherd and Bill Hunter.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Rayner and Ruth Rowan; and his grandchildren, Amber, Tyler, Kyle and Emily. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 a graveside service will be held at a future date.
