He was predeceased by: his wife Erma. He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Bain (Kevin) and Karen Chambers (Jim); his grandchildren, Scott Chambers (Ashley), Ryan Chambers (Jaclyn) and Andrew Bain (Thea Carter); and his great grandchildren, Lilly, Lincoln, Delia, Sutter Chambers and William Bain.
