He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Ken Buttenham (Anita) and Susan Carey (Kevin); his grandchildren, Olivia, Reece, Wyatt and Dalton; his brothers, Ivan and Ron (Doreen); and his sister-in-law Bernice. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
