She was predeceased by: her husband Roy; her parents, Roy Forshner and Florence Forshner; and her siblings, George, William, Douglas, Winston and Elsie Weeks (Herman).

She is survived by: her children, Gary (Dianne), Brian and Dawn Ann Butler (John); her grandchildren, Michael Butler (Lianna), Sara Pearson (Chris) and Lucas Pearson; and her great grandchildren, Quinton, Logan and Owen. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and friends.
