He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Austin and Marjorie Ann Slote. He is survived by: his sons, Travis, Dalton and Wyatt; and his sisters, Katherine MacKinnon (Mike), Charlene Seeley, Joanne Millar (Roger) and Valerie Slote. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and friends including his co-workers.

Donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
