He is survived by: his wife Alice; his sons, John, Gerald (Wendy), Mike (Anita) and Richard (Julie); his grandchildren, Julia, Brad (Megan), Bryan, Melanie (Johan), Sarah (Justin), David (Esther), Emily, Gus, Ben and Robert; and his siblings, Bep (Veerman), Jenny van and Dasselaar. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
