With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johanna Gurman (Waterdown, Ontario), who passed away on December 24, 2021 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence; and her son Lawrence. She is survived by: her daughters, Joan Hopkins, Sue Graham (Dan) and Diane Freeman (Geoff); her grandchildren, James Hopkins (Suzanne), Shelley Breese (Duane), Daniel Armstrong (Gen), Christine Thompson (Tim), Robert Gurman, Andrew Gurman, David Gurman, Michael Freeman (Antonietta) and Angela Freeman (Kyle Eros); and her great grandchildren, Liam, Kimberly, Seth, Deacon, Tarrin, Eric and Joshua.

Donations if desired, may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
