He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his child Mackenzie (Sawyer); his mother Marilyn Kelter; his sisters, Jennifer Knapton (Brett) and Laura Boyington; his sister-in-law Amanda Parker (Mike); his nieces, Isabella and Brooklyn; his close friends, Steve, Donald and Frank; his uncles, Bob Symes (Karen) and James Symes; and his cousin Kevin Prouse. He is also survived by his family, friends.
