He was predeceased by: his sister Anne. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley; his children, Daniel, JoAnna Ott, Jennifer Embury, Cassandra, Ryan Vandenhaak, Alexander Ott, Chanel, Samantha Ott, Deni and James Ott; and his siblings, Margie, Mary, Jane, Cathy, Peter and Bill. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
