He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Brenda Jorritsma (John), Ed Voortman (Christa), Lynn Voortman, Robert Voortman and Adrian Voortman (Janice); and his siblings-in-law, Harry, Mary VanderWal, Jake, Pauline VanderWal, Gertie VanderWal, Aleida Voortman, Barb VanderWal and Al VanderMeulen.
