He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Byron, Janice (Evan) and Michael (Marjorie); his siblings-in-law, Marjorie (Paul), Murray and Jim (Helen); his grandchildren, Tasha (Michael), Brittany (Dan), Bryer (Vi), Lindsay (Douglas) and Mathew (Jessica); and his close friend Spike.
