With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frederick Neil Smith (Waterdown, Ontario), who passed away on January 19, 2023 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Helen; and his siblings, Sterling, Oscar, Wray and Laura Bond.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie (Brian Whatmough), Colleen, Susan (Brian Aubert) and Lee; his grandchildren, Nicole, Darryl Dorsman, Matthew Whatmough, Emilia Mercante, Steven Aubert, Brittany, Tim Ellis, Breanne Smith and Derek Bailey; and his siblings-in-law, Min Frost, Beverly and Ron Ferguson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Fred's honour to Stedman Community Hospice, 445 Grey Street, Brantford, ON N3S 6X1.
