He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Czukar and Helen Czukar; and his brothers, Michael and George. He is survived by: his wife Edith; his daughters, Gail (Grant), Donna (Neido) and Patty (Jim); his grandchildren, Will, Daniel and Crystal; his great grandchild Alana; and his sister-in-law Mae.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, there will be no visitation but memories and messages of condolence can be shared on the Tribute Wall.
