She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Lloyd Smye; her children, Allan of Ottawa and Marie of Waterdown; her grandchildren, Ryan (Etana) and Adam (Elizabeth); her great grandchildren, George and Maggie; her sisters-in-law, Verna and Alena; and her friends, Norma Martin, Ruth McCuen, Helen Kurluk and Margaret Butryn.
