We are sad to announce that on January 15, 2019, at the age of 95, Dolores Forth (Waterdown, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Margaret Griffin, Rita Parker and Mark Cowan. She is survived by: her children, Ken (Deborah) and Allan (Ann); her grandchildren, Holley (Nicholas), Kenny (Marsha), Heather (Brad), Melanie and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Claire, Riley and Wyatt; and her sister-in-law Audrey Anderson.
As expressions of sympathy donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
