She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Nelson Horning and Muriel Gladys Horning; and her sister Donna Jeanne Silver. She is survived by: her husband David Gordon Moore; her sons, Gordon Robert Moore, Clifford Peter Moore (Bev) and David Alex Moore (Juanita); and her grandchildren, Zachary, Téa and Jessica.

Due to COVID restrictions, the family will be sharing details later regarding ceremonies that will include the many people who were part of Charlotte's life.

If desired in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Strabane United Church.
