He is survived by: his wife Henny; his children, Dave, Lynn, Bernice, Henry Oostdyk, Diana, Ben Bouwman, Jan, Andy Meints, Deb, Wayne Binkley and Bruce; and his son-in-law Wayne Nicholson (Wendy). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy made to McMaster Children's Hospital or Cama Woodlands LTC Home would be appreciated by the family.
