She was predeceased by: her brother John Penley; and her parents, Ted Penley and Gladys Penley. She is survived by: her husband Charles Roy Billett; her brother Ted Penley Jr. (Sara); and her siblings-in-law, Carol Winger (Doug), Mary Lynne Quick (Paul), Rod Billett (Doreen) and Janet Billett. She is also survived by her family, friends, many nieces, nephews.
