He is survived by: his children, Jim MacDonald (Judy), Pat Hern (Doug), Brian MacDonald (Kim), Karen Herbst (Paul) and Brent MacDonald (Tara); his grandchildren, Ryan (Ashley), Kristin (Matt), Sarah (Bob), Breanna, Allan, MacKenzie, Connor, Colin, Kelsey (Jaime), Taite, Hannah, Madison and Tannis; his great grandchildren, Alivia, Natalie, Jace, Owen, Calla, Keaton and Hadley; his sister Helen; his brother-in-law Garry Ganton; and his nephews, Scott and Jeff.
