She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Rev. Deacon David Whall; her children, Cathy Barry (Robert), Linda Potter and John David Whall (Katherine); her grandchildren, Mackenzie Potter, Cassandra Potter, Matthew Whall and Anna Whall; her great grandchild Tate Potter-Masse; her parents, John Newton and Josephine Newton (Schwalm); and her siblings, Mary McDonell (Robert), Elizabeth Dolan (Bob), Bill Newton (Cathie), Joe Newton (Shirley) and John Newton. She was also cherished by family, many nieces and nephews, cousins, and her community of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul or Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation (Campbell House).
