She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Florient Dupuis and Laura Dupuis (Yetman); her husband Bruce Cowles; her children, Greg (Naseem) and Allison (Laura); her siblings, Karen, Estelle, Janette, Melanie and Billy (Melinda); and her granddaughters, Jessica (Paul) and Jacquelyn.
