She was predeceased by: her husband Donald "Don" Frederick; her daughter Cindy Frederick; her grandson Wes; her brother Lawrence Craighead; and her parents, Charles Craighead and Aletha Craighead.

She is survived by: her children, David, Judy Frederick, Bruce Frederick, Kathy, Jim Twigg and Diane Frederick; and her grandchildren, Bill, Becky, Michelle, Lisa, Holly, Jeanetta, Georgina, Tara, Lauren and Emily.

The family kindly asks that donations may be in honour of Kathleen to Multiple Sclerosis Society, Diabetes Association or Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
