Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joan Allen (Warkworth, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 91, on April 6, 2022. She was predeceased by: her father Milton McMillan; her husband Jack Allen; her son Donald "Sid"; and her siblings, Flex McMillan (Doris), Lavigne Halstead (Bill) and Betty McNeely (Jack).

She is survived by: her mother Pearl McMillan; and her children, Glenda (late Tom), Rex (Eileen), Betty Dawn O'Halloran (Jim), Bonnie (Peter), Holly Quinlan (Howard), Terry (Helen) and Wendy Crothers (Pete). She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
