She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James Thomas McVety; her children, David Oakville (Linda), Murray Neselton (Margaret-Anne), Elizabeth Kellogg Hastings (late David), Robert Peterborough (Patricia), Carol Kerr Campbellford (Allan) and Brenda Orr Warkworth (James); her sister Irene Parker (Cobourg); her siblings-in-law, Jay, Muriel McVety (Baltimore) and Valeta McVety (Oshawa); and her parents, Verna Mae and Robertus Wilson. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
