It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Milton Carswell in Warkworth, Ontario, who passed away on August 27, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Carswell; his daughter Mary Jane Cram (Ken) of Belleville; and his grandson Mike (Trish). He is survived by: his sons, Jim Carswell (Debbie) of Campbellford and Jeff Carswell (Sandra) of Campbellford; his grandchildren, Greg (Kirsten), Pam (Andy), Hannah (Andy), Aaren (Peter), Adele, Jack, Douglas (Sophie) and Ian; and his great grandchildren, Erich, Allison, Simon, Luke and Alice.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation, St. John's United Church (Choir Fund), or the Canadian Cancer Society.
