He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Linda (Eric Bearisto) of Kingston and Peter (Renee) of Trent Hills; his great grandchildren, Harper, Maddox and Remington; his sisters, Marilyn Akins (Carl) and Carolyn Fairman; his siblings-in-law, James Hogg (Leah) and Charlene Smith (Ron Clarke); his friend Duke (Boxell); and also, Brandon (Jazmin), Rourke (Abigail), Riley and Connor (Chelsey). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
