He was predeceased by: his parent William Henry. He is survived by: his parent Ethel Charlotte Welsh (Elgie); his siblings, Bunny Atkins (Dave), Wendy, Karen and Allen Welsh; his nieces and nephews, Jacob Lozon, Alyssa Atkins and Adam Atkins; and his friend Theresa Jordan.
