She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Wagner and Alton Wagner of Kitchener; her husband Charles McFadden; her son Senior Constable James C. McFadden; her son-in-law Rex Shaver; and her brother Kenneth Wentworth.

She is survived by: her daughter Bonnie Shaver of Hamilton; her grandchildren, Julie, John McLean, Patti Shaver and Jeff Shaver; her great grandchildren, James, Jackson, Maggie, Harrison McLean and Jocelyn Shaver; and her grandchildren, Ryan McFadden and Sean McFadden.
