He is survived by: his parent Pearl Furtah (Hickman); his spouse Margaret Furtah; his children-in-law, Scott Furtah (Sue Lachapelle), Anne Thomson (Robert Vienstra) and Dave Furtah (Alison); his grandchildren, Courtney, Ronald, Donald, Jamielynn, Bradley, Taylor and Savannah; his great grandchild Elise; his siblings, Marlene Watson (late Jack) and Fran Childs (Gord); and his sibling-in-law Doug Raymond.
