He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Authier (George), Kimberly Doan (Archie), Patricia Evans (Tony), Martha Murphy (Bob), Matthew Goetz (Sara) and David Goetz (Jenn); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Aaron, Hannah, Trevor, Samantha, Glen, Keesha, Steven, Vanessa, Kate, Jack, Parker, Taylor, Carter and Paige; his siblings, Anita Goetz, Tom Goetz (Carol), William Goetz (Ruth), John Goetz (Judy) and Mary Anne Fortney (Tom); and his sister-in-law Sharon Goetz. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
