Monique Breton Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2021, at the age of 74, Monique Breton of Wallaceburg, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerard Simoneau and Rose-Aimée Simoneau (Belanger); and her siblings, Cecile, Roger, Jean-Paul, Jean-Luc and Denis.

She is survived by: her husband Fred Breton; her daughters, Diane Edginton (Jeff) and Carole Thompson (Rob); her grandchildren, Owen, Arielle, Karina, Benoit and Rose; and her siblings, André Simoneau (Lise) and Jeanne D'Arc Doyon (late Charles).

She was a beloved & valued member of the Wallaceburg community for over forty years where she played an active role on the parent council of the former Our Lady of Help elementary school, ran a home daycare, collected annual donations on behalf of the Heart and Stroke Foundation and supported local businesses through her love of shopping & delicious food.
