He was predeceased by: his parents, John Salisbury (Jack) and Bertha Salisbury; his spouse Kay Salisbury; his son Tom Salisbury (Linda); his stepchildren, Kathy Allman (George) and Brian Hornick (Nancy); and his siblings, Bruce, Cyril, Bill, Gerry, Edna Henderson and Betty MacIntosh.
He is survived by: his children, John Salisbury (Linda) and Karrie Vankerkhoven; his grandsons, Christopher (Tammie), Curtis (Sara), Calvin Vankerkhoven (Krista), Matthew (Leigh Anne) and Michael Salisbury; and his stepgrandchildren, Marnie Cumming (Dan) and Trevor Allman.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home (639 Elgin St, Wallaceburg, ON N8A3C6). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Ronald McDonald House may be left at the funeral home.
