He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Houston and Mark Houston; his former wife Ardell; his siblings, Garland Houston, Zaida Frederick, Wayne Houston, Dale Houston and Linda McGaffey; and his stepson Alan Maynard.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his stepchildren, Stewart Maynard (Kathy), Larry Maynard (Wenda), Michelle Hagen, Carroll Cook (Darren) and Jim Hagen (Dianne); and his sister Sharon Punnewaert (Leo). He is also survived by his many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
