She is survived by: her children, Jay Rutter (Cecilia) and Kendra English (Terry); her grandchildren, Brandon, Carly and Ryan; and her siblings-in-law, Morva Cook, Linda Seys (John) and Randy Rutter (Elaine). She is also survived by many friends and family members.
