He is survived by: his wife Judy Blake Dear (Heatherington); his children, Jerry Blake (Heather) and Jenny Beaudoin (Richard); his stepdaughter Carolyn Bernardo (Phil); his grandchildren, Duke (Kelsey), Jake MacKenzie, Katelyn (Jeff), Shawna (Anthony) and Calvin (Reagan); his stepgrandchildren, Chris, Nicole, Danielle, Dillon and Lora; his great grandchildren, Nathan and Jaelyn; his siblings, Bill Blake, Carol English, Nancy Blake and Marion Blake; and his cousin Wendy Gauthier. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
