He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Carroll and Viola Carroll (Simpson); his son Scott; his siblings, Russ, Doug, Bill and Bernice Wellman (late Gerald); and his sisters-in-law, Debbie Carroll, Janet Carroll, Ruth Carroll, Doris Carroll and Annie Carroll.
He is survived by: his spouse Jacquie Carroll (Robinson); his children, Brian (Cheryl Carroll), Lori (Brian Rosseel), Vicky (Greg Delmotte) and Mary Carroll; his grandchildren, Kim, Janine, Ashley, Jeff, Justin, Amanda, David and Megan; and his siblings, Pat Carroll, Lloyd Carroll, Dean Carroll (Shirley), Wayne Carroll, Josie Carroll and Carol Carroll (Don Robinson). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
