He was predeceased by: his parent Fred Nowakowski; and his sister Sylvia Glasgow (Paul). He is survived by: his parent Rose Nowakowski (Schwarze); his spouse Uta Nowakowski (Dünnebeil); his children, Mark Nowakowski (Betty) and Phyllis Nowakowski (Peytra Nowakowski); his grandchildren, Ryan (Mallory), Ally (Jordan), Gina (Mike), Candice (Chris), Cedar, Gideon, Morgana and Gryffin; his great grandchildren, Anna, Ben, Clara and Lewis; and his sibling Evelyn Janssens (Ron). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
