It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George DeMaeyer of Wallaceburg, Ontario, born in Tupperville, Ontario, who passed away on January 21, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward DeMaeyer and Johanna DeMaeyer (Seys); his wife Pat DeMaeyer (Cross); and his brothers, Cyril, Albert, Frank, Joe and Lawrence.
He is survived by: his children, Daryn DeMaeyer (Terry) and Lori Green (Chuck); his grandchildren, Jacob (Alison), Caleb (Maija), Krystin (Nicholas), Julia and Zachary; and his siblings-in-law, Lorraine, Melvin Bechard, Don, Stella Webster, Molly Cross, Harriet Cross and Joanne Cross. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
