He was predeceased by: his parent Ion Maxim; and his sibling George (Ann). He is survived by: his parent Flora Maxim (Petrar); his children, Fred Jr. (Carrie) and William (Tracey); his grandchildren, Bradley and Megan; and his siblings, Steve (late Nancy), Charles (Jeannette), Harry (Mary), Nick (Anne), Pete (Audrey), Danny and John (Mary). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
