He is survived by: his mother Estella Booth (Gurney); his grandparents, Willard Booth and Maude Booth; and his siblings, Pearl, Elenor, Ernie, Ethel, Bea, Mervel, Della, Leslie, Peggy, Joe and Arthur. He is also survived by his two sons from his first marriage (Nancy Salisbury), Daryl (Denise) of Wallaceburg, and Duane (Brenda) of Vaughan, and 7 Grandchildren.
Frederick Hubert Booth passed away on Sept. 24, 2018, in his 85th year, from complications of Alzheimer's/ Dementia).
