She is survived by: her children, Andrew Pharazyn (Sharon), Ron Pharazyn (Ann) and Jeanette Pharazyn; her grandchildren, Joanna (Jonathan), Michael (Brianna), Cassandra (Isaac), Cody (Nirvanie), Grant (Kristen), Hunter, Groot, Valin, Lylah, Laken and Locklyn; and her siblings, Theo DeKoning (late Margie), Rose Miller (Lance), Bernadette Kerkhof (Harry) and Odra Riedl (Ed).
