He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Sandra Gayle Hystead (McDonald); his children, Jeffrey Edward (Cindy), Shelley Leanne Seca (Peter) and Jayson Ryan Hystead; his grandchildren, Hannah, Noah, Ava Seca, Reed Hystead, Vittoria, Sophia and Alessandro Seca; his sister Carol Anne Smith; and his brother-in-law Homer Lashley.
