She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dever and Gertrude Dever (Goodfellow); her husband Tom Carter; and her daughter Mary Carter. She is survived by: her children, Jim Carter (Sue) of Windsor and Anne McDonald (Kirby) of Simcoe; her grandchildren, Mike, Kathy, Dana, Reed and Scott; her great grandchild Nathan; and her friend Linda.

A very special thank you to the incredible staff of Wallaceburg Retirement Residence for their outstanding care, keeping her and everyone safe during the Covid crisis.
