He is survived by: his wife Kathy Smith (Hereygers); his children, Tina Myers (Keith), Stacy Smith and Kristin Vanderkley (Derrick); his grandchildren, Seth, Paige and Brayden; his siblings, Chuck Smith (late Wanda) and Betty Henry (late Steven); his brother-in-law John Hereygers (Julie); and his nieces and nephews, Lauren, Amanda, Edward, Ian, Leslie and Kyle.
