He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robinson and Martha Robinson (Post); and his siblings, Reita, Garnet and Gerald.

He is survived by: his children, Mary Elizabeth Caron (Phil), Tracey Robinson and John Robinson (Kim); and his grandchildren, Joshua (Stephanie), Nathan (Julie), Sarah, Ashley Colin (Kevin) and Jacob. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
