He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Starr and Annette Starr (King); and his sisters, Margo Starr and Deb Foubert. He is survived by: his children, Eric Starr, Ryan Starr and Krista Starr; and his siblings, Collette Stratton (Paul), Lori Walker (Neil), James Starr, Paul Starr (Susan) and Rick Foubert.
