She was predeceased by: her husbands, Edward Oakey and Arthur Sykes; her son-in-law Bill Reuber; her stepdaughter Linda Flack (Tom); her stepdaughter-in-law Joan Sykes; her siblings, Mary Bull (Albert) and George Harper (Joan); and her parents, Roland Harper and Mary Harper.
She is survived by: her children, Julia Reuber of Hanover, Lloyd Oakey (Margaret) of Clifford and Linda Head (Len) of Corunna; her stepchildren, Ruth Lee (Ivan) of Hamilton, Nelson Sykes of Hamilton, Wayne Sykes (Louise) of Irma and Alberta; and her grandchildren, Brent (Bobbi-Jo), Brad (Krista), Sarah (Michael), Jonathan (Miranda), Rachel (Mark), Kathleen, Laura (Simon), Ben, Levi (Katrina), Fraser (Alisha) and Brittany.
