She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Cox; her granddaughter Kirsten; her siblings, Irene Bohnert (Herb), Rita Scott (Wally), John Schmidt (Dolores), Elaine King (Bruce), Eleanor Binkley and Eddie Schmidt; her in-laws, Jack Cox (June), Gerry Cox (Joyce), Jerome Horan, Rita Van (Frank) and Voort; and her parents, Ed Schmidt and Edna Schmidt.

She is survived by: her children, Ron Cox (Rhonda) of Walkerton and Cathy Kelly (Dan) of Hanover; her grandchildren, Sarah Buckland (Tyler), Veronica Hurn (Jonathan) of Quebec, Courtney Kelly Pysklywyc (Brent) of Alberta and Lauren Smith (Jeff) of British Columbia; her siblings, Bob Schmidt (Win) and Martha Monk; and her in-laws, Les Binkley, Hannah Schmidt and Kathleen Horan.
