It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maria Soers (Walkerton, Ontario), who passed away on August 14, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph; her daughter-in-law Donna Soers; her great grandchild Daylan Hopcraft; and her brothers, Sjaak Reijnders, Piet Reijnders and Jan Reijnders.
She is survived by: her children, Hank (Elaine) of Mildmay, Tom (Laurie) of Mildmay, MaryAnn McFadden (Scott) of Pinkerton, Betty Wilken (Bob LeGrand) of Walkerton, Joan Griffiths (Craig) of Waterloo, Dave (Dee Cairns) of Strathmore, John (Michelle) of Port Elgin, Rob (Melody) of Mildmay and Judy Kupferschmidt (Chip) of Waterloo; her siblings, Fien Verveer (Aart), Ann Duijts and Nelly Beerens; and her siblings-in-law, Mia Reijnders (Sjaak), Mia Moonen (Harry), Martha Van Deursen and Drika Hekers. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations to the Walkerton & District Hospital Foundation – CT Scan would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
